Work with Bertie le Roux

Executive coaching and mentoring

Private reflective work for leaders, professionals and people in transition. Begin with belief, identity and the person beneath the role.

Executive coaching and mentoring

Lead from a clearer understanding of yourself.

Executive coaching with Bertie begins with the person carrying the responsibility. A title, a successful business or a visible achievement can tell other people what you do. It does not always tell you who you are, what matters now or why a familiar way of working has stopped feeling right.

As The Belief Architect, Bertie works with belief, identity, purpose and self-leadership. The conversation looks beneath a visible challenge to the assumptions, expectations and patterns that may be shaping it. The intention is to make room for a more conscious choice about how you lead and what you build next.

This is private reflective work for leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs and people in transition. An exploratory conversation is the starting point for deciding whether coaching or mentoring fits your situation.

Questions worth bringing

What is happening beneath the pressure to perform?

You may be carrying responsibility while feeling uncertain about your own direction. You may be moving into a new role, questioning a long-held definition of success or wondering what comes after a demanding chapter of work. You do not need a polished explanation before beginning.

  • Reconnect your leadership decisions with your values and sense of purpose.
  • Examine the beliefs behind self-doubt, comparison or the need for approval.
  • Reflect on identity when a role, business or season of life changes.
  • Explore how thinking preferences influence communication and relationships.
  • Decide what deliberate action could follow from a clearer understanding of yourself.

The focus is shaped by the person and the question. Coaching is not presented as a fixed prescription or a promise of a particular outcome.

Bertie’s approach

Reflection that can lead to deliberate action.

The Architecture of Becoming provides a way to explore awareness, belief, self-acceptance, direction and deliberate creation. Rather than handing you another identity to perform, Bertie invites you to notice what has shaped the one you already carry.

His perspective draws on experience in education, business management, executive and board roles, coaching and people development. You can read Bertie’s story and explore his work and selected recognition before deciding whether his approach speaks to you.

Whole Brain Thinking and Neethling Brain Instruments thinking-preference insights form part of the wider work. If they are relevant to your question, discuss that with Bertie during the initial conversation.

Before you begin

A few practical questions.

Who is this work for?

Leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs and people navigating a transition who want to explore belief, identity, purpose or self-leadership. A conversation helps establish whether the fit is right.

What happens first?

Book an exploratory conversation or write to Bertie. Share the question you are carrying and what you would like to understand more clearly. Discuss the appropriate format, availability and practical arrangements directly with him.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

Belief-centred coaching supports reflection, development and intentional action. It does not diagnose or treat a mental-health condition. Where clinical support is appropriate, seek a qualified health professional.

Can this work involve a team?

Leadership and board development, facilitated conversations and Whole Brain Thinking are also part of Bertie’s work. Explore the wider ways to work with him or consider a speaking experience for your group.
